We want you to feel confident in your Oséree pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all swimwear is returned in its original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate your request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring the protective hygiene liner has not been removed.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
